To rent you have to be an independet kiteboarder, be able self launcing and self landing the kite, riding in both directions and upwind, to use the safety systems, priorities, the rules of the area and to have a control of riding speed and self rescue. Bb talkin (Helmet with radio) is the next big thing in sports training, you are out on the water with rental equipment and can talk when instructor teach you.
